Kids Yoga Classes in Smoker Family Park

Class Discription: Awaken your Senses Activity, Benifits of Yoga and Healthy living, Power of the Breath and breathing tequniques (ex. heart & Lava breath), kids yoga series including fun postures like Sun Salutation, Scare crows, Rock -n- roll, Cat/dog stretch, Happy baby, Trees and Lions.

Class is under a canapoy of shade so it will be nice and cool.  Mom/Dad are welcome to stay! All particapants will have a 15$ charge for class! Please call to confirm you spot! 954 732 0517
