As a Registered Dietitian, Adrienne Bolten provides sound Nutrition information for all of her clients.  With over seven years of nutrition education experience, working with Adrienne will result in a comprehensive and personalized “Nutrition Prescription”.  If you desire a personalized eating regimen, Adrienne will work with you individually to tailor a plan that will assist you in attaining your goals. 

The initial assessment includes approximately a one-and-a-half hour meeting where your current intake will be assessed and your goals will be discussed.  The follow up appointments will be approximately 45 minutes and will ensure that you are working successfully towards your goals.

Should you desire a group or corporate nutrition education session, Adrienne will work with you to modify the one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions to meet the needs of your group.

Individual assessments: $125.00 for initial consult; $75.00 for follow-up consults

Total Wellness Clientele: $75.00 for initial consult; $55.00 for follow-up consults

Corporate nutrition education: based on number of participants and education level
