Burn Those Holiday Calories

September 6th, 2010

I know we all had a long weekend and I am sure we dabbled in a few drinks and some “not everyday” foods, so the solution to getting the fat and calories off is very easy – Come to Smoker Family Park for a week full of Yoga and Cardio/Resistance Training with us.  Summer is pretty much over and by no means is this the time to start slacking; don’t wait for the new year to roll around to get in shape, how about you start right now.  We are offering classes all week for you to start to feel great again and get rid of all the “damage” you have done to your body over the weekend.  We are all about making you feel great and alive in this park so come join us for some fun in the park.
